LSE engineer returns to site for the fifth and final week of the installation
The direct laser engraving system is tested with the software and run on the acceptance test.
Handover of the system was made to the customer and the installation was completed.
The customer, after installation, accepted the LSE proposal for a computer hardware maintenance contract on the existing design system.
At the end of January, a visit was made to bring the existing design system up to Laser-Scan’s support standards.
In principle, five years of support and maintenance has been agreed starting with one year of warranty support on the new laser engraving system.
